The offer

On Monday the purchase offer was made and during the week we received a counteroffer, pretty close to what we offer at the beginning so we decided to move forward with the deal.

We chose to work with Wells Fargo bank in a program they were offering called FHA 203K that includes money to rebuild a property. This loan is extremely complicated and took us four months, lots of tears of frustration and a lot of determination to bring it to a conclusion. The bank was so disorganized during the entire process that sometimes patience was the only ally that kept us going through the progress of the loan.
